This summer, Rob Goliah and his mates Chris and Jimmy are strapping on their helmets and setting off on the ultimate endurance adventure - cycling from the UK all the way to Australia. That’s 25,000km across 25 countries in just six months. And because just pedalling all that distance wasn’t quite enough, they’ll be ticking off 100 epic bucket-list challenges along the way.

They’re doing it all to raise at least £50,000 in support of Look Good Feel Better and Mind, helping men face two of life’s toughest battles: cancer and mental health.

For over 30 years, Look Good Feel Better has supported women and young adults through the physical and emotional impact of cancer. Now, with almost 200,000 new cancer diagnoses in men every year, we’re proud to be launching our Men’s Cancer Support Programme — offering practical skincare & grooming workshops designed specifically for men.

This adventure is more than just a bike ride. It’s a powerful chance to shine a light on men’s health, inspire more men to seek support, and raise vital funds to make our work possible.
